What do I do if I am struggling to fall asleep at night?

Though not everyone may experience this, if you do, your body is getting newly accustomed to the improved mental clarity/increased focus benefit that ketones offers. This is typically a symptom that subsides within your first few days/first week of taking ketones.
To alleviate, be sure to take your charged ketones as early in the day as possible.

If it does not subside after two weeks, switch to uncharged (decaf) ketones, and also drink them early in the day.

Why am I experiencing fatigue / headaches / dry mouth / muscle spasms?

Though not everyone may experience this, this is a temporary experience commonly known as the “Keto Flu” (flu like symptoms), it is an indication your body is adapting to burning ketones instead of glucose (sugar).
It may be an indication of your body requiring more hydration and electrolytes. Ensure to be taking at least the recommended minimum amount of water daily of 0.5 ounces per pound of bodyweight.

In addition, quality electrolytes will replenish minerals lost due to the diuretic effect of ketones, the main ones to consider are: sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium. This electrolyte is an excellent choice for consideration.

To alleviate, you may reduce dosage to just ½ a packet per serving, and increase your water and electrolyte intake until it subsides, and then resume to a full packet.
