I started Christmas 2017… I started out over 400 lbs, 4-5xl shirts, 30-32 pants… I was type 2 high blood sugars, had fatty liver, high bp, sleep apnea… I was miserable… Flash forward… Today I’m over 120 lbs lighter… I feel so much better… I no longer have diabetes, no fatty liver… High bp gone… I did this all through (implementing lifestyle changes), eating keto, drinking ketones daily, monthly reboots… And mct oil… I still have a ways to go… But I am so proud of how far I’ve come… Working on 100 more lbs this year… 2020 is going to ROCK!!!

August 2016 to May 2019…
To get here I worked hard for two years eating right, doing yoga, started running and meal prepping… then I got STUCK! I had lost 30 lbs but knew there was a way to feel even better.
I started drinking ketones and eating low carb in February 2019… and miraculously another 25 lbs just FELL OFF!
