Before I had no energy, slept ALL the time, was miserable/didn’t like myself/totally depressed, always had some type of ailment, was overweight and didn’t care. I just didn’t care about participating in anything including life happening all around me. I was so foggy I would forget simple words mid-sentence! My poor family fended for themselves for years. I just accepted that I was an absentee wife and mother. Now, I don’t even recognize that person in the flower dress below. I am alive again. I have tons of energy, my brain fog is gone, and I can focus again. I laugh now more than I think I ever did, lost 20 lbs., and I try to never say NO to any opportunity, event, night out, whatever. I am present in my husband and three boys’ lives again–for that I am eternally grateful. By the way, I drink usually 2 packs ketones a day, follow a lazy carb way of eating, and I try to work out or walk at least 3-4 x week

Photo shows the difference of 2018 to 2019. Started drinking ketones in May of 2018 and as of today I am down over 105 total pounds. I’m sure that there is a greater loss of fat, as I now has added a bit of exercise to my lifestyle. No longer take required prescriptions. Started 2018 wearing 52” pants and now wear 36” pants. Thankful that someone shared ketones with me.

Before ketones:
I felt always exhausted, always stressed, always drained by 10 am. I felt very lethargic, like I couldn’t accomplish many things in a day. My mind wasn’t working to its potential.
I felt like I could never get enough sleep, and when I did, I never felt rested.

After ketones:
Within a week I noticed I didn’t need to nap twice a day.
I was able to think faster and be more productive for more hours of the day.
My appetite for bad food went away within 2 weeks (I thought that would be impossible)

Within 2 weeks I went from eating 300 grams of carbs/day, down to about 40 carbs day, and had way more energy with 40 carbs per day, than ever before in my life.
Im in the midst of building a new business from scratch, my day starts at 7am and doesn’t end until 12:30 am, and i have energy to sustain that entire time.
When I’m tired, I just feel tired, but I’m no longer EXHAUSTED.
When I sleep at night now, I get a very deep & restful sleep, easily, every time. I havent had to take a single nap since I started ketones.
I was down 10 lbs in a month and 16 lbs in 7 weeks with very little effort on my part.
Ill be drinking these for the long term, because I can’t AFFORD to go back to the old me.
