I was only taking Zumba classes for the past year but in May I added on weight training with 30 min. cardio which was walking at an incline and no running. A little over 4 years ago I found out I suffered from high blood sugar levels. My first recorded 3-month average blood sugars was 18.6. I immediately went on a hard-core Keto diet which lasted a little over a year. AT that time my 3-month average blood sugars had dropped to a little under 7.

Throughout the diet though I was always, let me reiterate- ALWAYS hungry.
And at that point began my slide back to almost uncontrolled eating and climbing blood sugar levels. Late April of this year (2020) my 3-month average blood sugar levels were found to be 9.7 which had slowly been creeping up over the few years. My health care provider warned me I was almost at the point of having to start injecting medication.

I learned about Pruvit in early June and began taking it on June 11.
(From April to mid-June I managed to hold my blood sugar level constant but it never dropped). Within a FEW DAYS after starting Pruvit (and integrating lifestyle changes) my morning blood sugar level had dropped from a norm of 8.5-10 down to under 7. Since then it has dropped a little more with it being as low as 5.9 which to me is a miracle.
I informed my health care provider, and she asked for another 3-month average blood sugar level check, which showed it had dropped from the 9.7 in April down to 7.5 on June 25. I am eagerly awaiting my next quarterly test.

In 2 months I am down 15 lbs. I am watching my diet but am not anywhere near the full keto. I could mention a few other benefits but for me the blood sugar level is the most important. Thank you Pruvit!!

My name is Kelly, I just turned 30 years old in January. For the last 3 years I have started to gain weight, feel exhausted everyday. Never having energy to do anything or even the desire to try to have it. Before I had no energy, slept ALL the time, was miserable/didn’t like myself/totally depressed, always had some type of ailment, was overweight and didn’t care. Before ketones:
I felt always exhausted, always stressed, always drained by 10 am. I felt very lethargic, like I couldn’t accomplish many things in a day. My mind wasn’t working to its potential.
I felt like I could never get enough sleep, and when I did, I never felt rested.

After ketones:
Within a week I noticed I didn’t need to nap twice a day.
I was able to think faster and be more productive for more hours of the day.
My appetite for bad food went away within 2 weeks (I thought that would be impossible)

Within 2 weeks I went from eating 300 grams of carbs/day, down to about 40 carbs day, and had way more energy with 40 carbs per day, than ever before in my life.
Im in the midst of building a new business from scratch, my day starts at 7am and doesn’t end until 12:30 am, and i have energy to sustain that entire time.
When I’m tired, I just feel tired, but I’m no longer EXHAUSTED.
When I sleep at night now, I get a very deep & restful sleep, easily, every time. I havent had to take a single nap since I started ketones.

VULNERABLE POST ALERT
THIS IS SUPER HARD FOR ME TO POST.
For one, I’m not a fan of sticking my half naked body all over the internet lol. Second because I still struggle with body dysmorphia. And I’m having a hard time celebrating my wins. However, if I can inspire one person who maybe is struggling then it’s worth the possible embarrassment I may feel.
Struggle is real y’all.
This photo is a 56 day difference of me making a decision that enough was enough.
When I first started drinking PTKs I was super mindful of what I was eating. NO I DID NOT DO THE KETO DIET. I WAS mindful of the carbs that I put in my mouth and I used HEALTHY fats to fill the gaps and keep me satiated and ate adequate protein to build lean muscle.
Then… I got lazy. I started sneaking things in here and there. Come on. You know how it goes. In the beginning you’re jacked up to get results. Super committed and nothing can stand in your way. Then the occasional cookie here or there, the bread at dinner, the little snacks between meals. They all start to Add up. Not to mention I increased my fat at the same time. So recipe for disaster.
I started to notice that even though the scale was not moving, I was not as lean as I had been before. I was starting to notice more bloating and just feeling kind of blah. my clothes were fitting a little different and I was noticing my booty getting wider lol.
Then the guilt and shame of how can I help others if I’m not being a good example MYSELF started to sink in! I started to feel like a fraud. Even though all my clients were getting amazing results!
AGAIN, THE SCALE DID NOT MOVE. And even in this photo I am the SAME EXACT WEIGHT IN BOTH PHOTOS.
56 days… drinking PTKs 2 times a day. Prioritizing protein. Giving myself permission to apply my 90/10 rule. ( which allows me to eat carbs or make bad choices if I want but not feel guilty for Doing it cause it’s in my plan ) not over doing FAT ( cause I’ve got plenty on my body to create energy! ) drinking 1 gallon of water, NO ALCOHOL and walking daily. It’s not even about the fat loss. Even though I’m so much better than I was! But I FEEL better!
PTKs create compliance. They help me with my energy and focus. Legit energy for daysssss and no crash. I don’t crave things. I’m not nearly as hungry as normal… so the appetite suppression is fantastic and I stop eating when I’m full. I sleep better. And I’m not a raging b!&@h with a bad attitude. ( ask my friends. They can testify to this benefit lol)
PTKs are not a magic potion for bad choices. Body composition and fat loss still Requires you to be mindful and pay attention to calories in and calories out. However they are a pretty powerful tool To help you get on track and stay on track.
Daily I’m getting more comfortable in my skin. And daily I stretch myself to be just 1% better every day. Not just physically but mentally and spiritually as well.

Nearly two years ago I was looking for something to give me more energy and motivation, not only to get healthier, but stay healthy. I tried different things that would help a bit, but I was never able to maintain where I got. I was sick of following specific eating plans or keeping track of what I was eating (Like if I have to eat one more plain chicken breast!! ) I wanted to still live and enjoy life, and food certainly adds to that enjoyment for me!!
One day somebody introduced that something to me. I of course was intrigued about its potential to better my health. I decided to give it a try and it’s been a part of my daily routine ever since.
Now 22 months later…Not only has this helped me to get to where I am, but it’s made me hopeful that I can continue to be better. Better how? I feel better in my own skin, I’m happier in my everyday life, I have more energy and motivation to exercise and stay active, I’m more focused and patient, and I ultimately feel healthier on the inside and the outside. It’s made me realize that maybe it’s just too good not to share!

But if I can help just one person who may be struggling, then it’s all worth it.

Before Ketones:

My body is always the stubborn one, it never responds to quick gimmicks, or fad diets, or crash ‘anything’.
I’ve spent alot of money in the past on products that did NOT work, but for me, ketones were not one of those!

In the past, I have reached my goals on my own, several times over. I personally love the gym, I love strength training, but when I was introduced to ketones, I was 8 weeks postpartum from my 2nd C-section in 17 months, after giving birth in the middle of the pandemic lockdown. Getting to the gym consistently was no longer realistic to sustain at this time in my life.

Mentally, I was frazzled, struggling with postpartum brain-fog, losing my train-of-thought and constantly felt ‘zoned out’. I was extremely fatigued, there wasn’t a day that went by, that I didn’t HAVE to take a nap.
In common with most postpartum phases, I had alot of weight to lose, with zero time for exercise. I couldn’t keep up with the smallest of tasks, let alone interactively play with my toddler during the day, while feeding my baby all night. Forget trying to find energy to keep my house clean, brush my own hair or SMILE for that matter!

Enter Ketones:

Physically, you can see the difference between these photos, but what you can’t see is sooo much more.
Within days, my inner world instantaneously seemed to shift towards happier, lighter, more optimistic. I felt a weight lift off my shoulders that I didn’t even know was there. My body felt better and lighter, and everything just felt easier to accomplish.

Within that first week, I felt I became a better version of myself. I became a better mom to my kids. I became a better wife in my relationship. My energy & focus propelled into someone else (it wasnt me!….or at least it wasnt who I had been), my mental clarity was more vivid than ever before. I even looked forward to actually playing with my toddler all day instead of counting down the minutes to his bedtime.

My sleep was deeper and sounder. I actually tried to nap one day (out of habit) and I legit didn’t even need it…. I literally got back up and started cleaning my house! (Say WHAT!?!)

Within two weeks, my inches lost due to fat loss was unbelievable, as I had been stuck at a plateau, even with doing all of the “right things” with diet/exercise, I wasn’t seeing results. The only change I made between these 2 photos was the addition of 1 packet of ketones per day. My appetite was so suppressed I went from struggling with constant cravings, to not even thinking about food until the evening, that I would have to remind myself to eat dinner!

I had always spent a minimum of 6-9 hours a week in the gym, constantly meal prepping, counting macros, counting calories, weighing my food, taking various expensive supplements, and paying for expensive custom training programs. Each time: struggling to lose just 0.25 lb a week, with an increased appetite and drastically decreased energy due to calorie or carb restriction.

Now with Ketones, I am on my way to reaching my goal in half the time, with a fraction of the effort, and a fraction of the struggle. In a month I’m down 10 lbs, and 11 inches with extremely little effort (while improving body composition & maintaining muscle mass). I love that I don’t have to eat the keto diet, and don’t have to track anything (just be mindful of my food). I can still reach my goals while enjoying my life and the flexibility that ketones offers me. It’s not a magic pill, (though it sounds like it in many ways) it is not my excuse to eat terribly, but it simply supports and rewards good habits.
