My photo is from this year within months: May 3 at 169lbs, July 8 at 158 lbs, and November at 145lbs (2019). I was only taking Zumba classes for the past year but in May I added on weight training with 30 min. cardio which was walking at an incline and no running. So much difference and my Ketones helped me so much! I was at a size 14 pant size and I now fit in a size 8 and I am still seeing results!
