Nearly two years ago I was looking for something to give me more energy and motivation, not only to get healthier, but stay healthy. I tried different things that would help a bit, but I was never able to maintain where I got. I was sick of following specific eating plans or keeping track of what I was eating (Like if I have to eat one more plain chicken breast!! ) I wanted to still live and enjoy life, and food certainly adds to that enjoyment for me!!
One day somebody introduced that something to me. I of course was intrigued about its potential to better my health. I decided to give it a try and it’s been a part of my daily routine ever since.
Now 22 months later…Not only has this helped me to get to where I am, but it’s made me hopeful that I can continue to be better. Better how? I feel better in my own skin, I’m happier in my everyday life, I have more energy and motivation to exercise and stay active, I’m more focused and patient, and I ultimately feel healthier on the inside and the outside. It’s made me realize that maybe it’s just too good not to share!
