August 2016 to May 2019…
To get here I worked hard for two years eating right, doing yoga, started running and meal prepping… then I got STUCK! I had lost 30 lbs but knew there was a way to feel even better.
I started drinking ketones and eating low carb in February 2019… and miraculously another 25 lbs just FELL OFF! Not only that, but I’ve been drinking 1 to 2 ketones a day and doing a quarterly reboot since, and I continue to feel awesome! The weight has stayed off, my marriage has improved, my kids get way more of my attention, I’m just overall so much happier and healthier. Never going back!!
