I started my journey to better on April 6th of 2018. I have been drinking ketones, (implementing lifestyle changes) and eating fairly low carb for 2 solid years now! I went from pre-high blood sugars, weighing 163lbs to a lot healthier with no high blood sugars lurking around the corner, weighing just under 120lbs (my goal weight set by my doctor based on my age and height)! I have been holding my goal weight for close to a year now!
