Terms & Membership Agreement

1. Membership Access
Purchasing a course or digital product does not automatically guarantee Collective access. Collective membership is a privilege and may be approved, limited, or revoked at any time. If membership is revoked, you retain access to purchased courses/products but lose community access.
2. Community Guidelines
To keep the Collective safe and supportive, members agree to:
Treat others with respect. No harassment, abuse, or discrimination. Avoid spreading hate, threats, or harmful language. Be truthful. No fraud, misrepresentation, or dishonest activity. Respect privacy. Do not share others’ personal or business information outside the group.
3. Blacklist & Vetting
Every member is also a vetter. Harmful or dishonest behavior (inside or outside the community) may result in blacklisting. Grounds for blacklisting include but are not limited to: hate speech, fraud, theft, abusive behavior, or anything that makes others feel unsafe. Blacklisted individuals lose access to the Collective and community rewards but retain purchased courses. Members may submit names for review via the Blacklist Review Form.
4. Treasury Governance
The Collective Treasury is funded by community activity and exists to support growth, opportunities, events, retreats, and member benefits. Members may propose ideas and vote on initiatives. The Founder retains majority decision-making weight to ensure funds remain aligned with the mission. Final allocation of treasury funds rests with the Founder. Note: The Treasury may transition to a separate non-profit entity (NFP) in the future.
5. Rewards & Benefits
Rewards (commissions, bonuses, treasury distributions) are only available to members in good standing. If you are removed from the Collective, you forfeit access to future rewards.
6. Payments, Refunds & Account Management
Course & Product Purchases: Payments are final unless otherwise stated at purchase. Membership Fees: Non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime here. Guarantee: Certain courses (e.g., “From Zero to Selling in 7 Days”) may carry a specific guarantee. Example: If you complete the course steps and do not launch your first product within 30 days, email us at info@goodlifeexperience.ai for a refund of your purchase price. Refund requests must be made by email to info@goodlifeexperience.ai. Members may manage or cancel accounts at any time here.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, templates, resources, and tools remain the property of Good Life Experience Inc. You may use them for personal or business use, but may not resell, copy, or redistribute without permission.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee any specific earnings or outcomes. Results depend on your effort and application. GLE is not responsible for the actions or behavior of other members. Participation in events (online or offline) is at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages from your participation.
9. Final Word
The Good Life Experience Collective exists to support members in building digital income, creating authentic products, and living better lives. Those who bring negativity, dishonesty, or harm do not belong here. By staying, you agree to uphold these values.
10. Age Requirement
Membership in the Collective and participation in any courses or products is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
By joining, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
11. Privacy
We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By purchasing or joining the Collective, you agree to that policy.

By joining the Good Life Experience Collective (“GLE” or “the Collective”) or purchasing digital products from Good Life Experience Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our”), you agree to the following Terms. These guidelines protect our members, maintain integrity, and keep the Collective aligned with its mission.
